Platform Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues
• Support administration of user access and permissions across business-critical platforms
• Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and maintenance tasks
• Follow established processes to diagnose issues and escalate complex problems
• Collaborate with team members and partner teams to resolve technical issues
• Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
• Assist with process improvements and automation efforts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical role
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise technologies such as Microsoft 365 and file shares
• Basic understanding of identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work onsite in Omaha, NE, with some on-call responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to scripting or automation using PowerShell or Python
• Basic understanding of networking or firewall concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with virtualization tools like Citrix or VMware vSphere
• Experience working in a service desk or customer support environment
