Plate Gasketer

Responsibilities

• Perform gasketing of Plate and Frame thermal plates, including removal and installation of gaskets.
• Verify material accuracy regarding quality, type, and quantity prior to starting operations.
• Gasket plates according to technical drawings, special instructions, and established procedures.
• Package gaskets, plates, and assemblies for shipment to customers or subcontractors.
• Ensure unit and part cleanliness meets specifications and customer requirements.
• Document material cycle counts and maintain accurate paperwork, including routers and checklists.
• Maintain tools and equipment through daily cleaning and lubrication.
• Adhere to all safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with Production Control, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Engineering to facilitate production.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment involving walking, climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
