About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up tools and configure systems considering first and last part approval
- Ensure quality requirements and economic efficiency
- Clean and maintain production systems
- Set up and troubleshoot automation lines
- Optimize processes within defined tolerances
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing problems and injection processes
- Create initial samples and maintain process documentation
- Manage granulate changes and documentation
- Perform machine fault elimination and tool problem logging
- Support ongoing production and employee instruction
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology or equivalent
- Experience in injection molding or rotary table technology preferred
- Knowledge of machine control, robotics, and handling (e.g., Biegema)
- Experience with CNC-controlled machines and quality standards
- Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation
- High level of commitment and flexibility
