Plasterer

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing damage before plaster application
• Mix, apply, and finish plaster coatings using hand tools and spray equipment
• Ensure smooth and even surfaces on walls and ceilings according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to understand requirements
• Maintain safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on schedule
• Identify and repair plaster defects or cracks efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in construction
• Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in finishing work
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle plastering tasks
• Understanding of health and safety standards in construction environments
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites
