About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate and inspect flame spray and plasma spray processes to ensure parts meet aerospace manufacturing standards
  • Manufacture and test parts according to engineering and customer specifications
  • Maintain accurate and reliable documentation and part identification per planning specifications
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, and tool marks from machined parts to meet blueprint requirements
  • Perform routine maintenance on operated machines and equipment
  • Clean and organize the cellular manufacturing work area to maintain established standards
  • Communicate shift change requirements to ensure seamless team transitions

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Flame Spray or Plasma Spray processes
  • Ability to read, understand, and correctly interpret basic blueprint drawings
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Ability to push or pull weights of up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if required
