About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform plasma donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations
  • Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring a safe environment
  • Record donor vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use the Donor Information System to maintain accurate records and prepare donor charts
  • Coordinate donor compensation and assist with center process improvements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for the entire work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role
