About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform plasma donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations
- Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring a safe environment
- Record donor vital signs and finger stick results accurately
- Maintain donor charts and records using the Donor Information System
- Coordinate donor compensation and assist with center process improvements
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for the entire shift
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role
