Plant Supply Planner Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, material, and capacity planning, including campaign planning and scheduling.
• Manage the APO cycle, including DRP, NPR, RCCP, and MRP processes.
• Drive inventory optimization through norm finalization and liquidation of non-moving inventory.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels.
• Lead SCM initiatives for cost reduction, site transfers (API & Intermediate), and product internalization.
• Ensure product availability for commercial launches, filling, and marketing requirements.
• Resolve chronic supply issues and manage business continuity/de-risking plans.
• Support the S&OP process through data management and daily/weekly MIS report reviews.

Requirements

• B.E. or B. Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• MBA in Supply Chain Management.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning and master data management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with API and intermediate planning.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale site transfers and supply chain de-risking.
