Plant Supply Planner Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, raw material, and capacity planning, including long-range capacity mapping and budget alignment.
• Manage the end-to-end APO cycle, including DRP, NPR, RCCP, and MRP processes.
• Drive inventory optimization through norm finalization and the liquidation of non-moving stock.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels to implement corrective actions.
• Lead SCM initiatives for cost reduction, site transfers (API & Intermediate), and product internalization plans.
• Manage campaign planning, material scheduling, and master data management.
• Support the S&OP process through data management and daily/weekly MIS report reviews.
• Resolve chronic supply issues for both captive and market demands.

Requirements

• B.E. or B. Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• MBA in Supply Chain Management.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in supply chain or plant planning.
• Proven expertise in production and material scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
