Plant Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all site supply chain activities, including planning, logistics, and procurement.
• Direct the on-site integrated planning team, overseeing production planning, MRP, DRP, and master data.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels with cost minimization.
• Oversee logistics and warehouse operations to ensure efficient goods movement and storage.
• Manage site-related procurement activities, guiding the team through sourcing events and vendor negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership in Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and IT to align on strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service, cash flow, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of MRP, DRP, production planning, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
