Plant Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of air separation plant operations, maintenance, safety, and record-keeping
• Manage the site’s Basic Safety Process and Process Safety Management to drive toward zero safety incidents
• Support day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting plant process problems and managing plant projects
• Provide environmental, safety, and quality training to operations and maintenance personnel
• Identify maintenance concerns and implement corrective or preventative measures
• Interface with logistics planning to ensure effective inventory management of facility products
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for response to plant alarms and shutdowns
• Communicate regularly with the North America Operating Service Center, asset managers, and technical support teams

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Industrial maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb ladders/steps
• Ability to work in environments with high noise levels and perform elevated work
• Demonstrated computer skills and strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the operation of gen gas or air separation fractional distillation processes
• Technical leadership background (e.g., experience in propulsion systems, engineering, nuclear power, or aircraft maintenance)
• Proven track record in EH&S and Quality management
