Plant Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant and terminal operations, including troubleshooting process problems and managing plant projects
• Manage site safety processes and environmental compliance to drive toward zero safety incidents
• Supervise daily plant activities and coordinate maintenance, including preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity programs
• Support driver operations, including DOT driver logs, safety meetings, and fleet maintenance coordination
• Identify and develop talent while promoting teamwork and operational excellence
• Provide vacation relief for process operators and handle on-call responsibilities and weekend coverage every other week

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant operations and maintenance experience in an industrial plant
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to develop talent
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a technical field
• Military experience
