Plant Quality Head

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, and a quality management system based on ZF standards
• Specify inspection and test plans using internal quality assurance methods and tools
• Support certification according to ISO TS16949
• Coordinate quality audits for existing processes and products, managing both internal and external auditors
• Solve complex problems by identifying and selecting effective solutions
• Prepare quality management analyses for new or modified products and processes
• Cooperate with customers, subcontractors, and independent inspection bodies
• Lead, motivate, and develop reporting staff through training and mentorship
• Develop continuous improvement programs and coordinate various quality projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the Auto Parts industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and management capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at different professional levels
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
