Plant Quality Control Technician 2

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products following statistical sampling plans and established Quality Control procedures.
• Collect and identify samples for final visual inspection, functional testing, and laboratory analysis.
• Initiate non-conformity reports, identify non-conforming lots, and manage segregation in packaging or production areas.
• Verify finished product labels, sub-assemblies, and instruction manuals.
• Perform random audits of manufacturing and packaging documentation to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Provide technical support for final visual inspections and inspect re-worked products as required.
• Maintain and clean inspection stations and ensure all measurement equipment is properly identified and calibrated.

Requirements

• High school diploma, Engineering degree, or Bachelor's degree.
• 3 months to 1 year of experience in a Quality Control environment.
• Basic knowledge of statistical methods.
• Proficiency in handling measurement equipment and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
• English language skills are a plus.
