Plant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new products and processes (NPI/industrialization) within the manufacturing site
• Drive process standardization, documentation, and structured execution to move operations from reactive to strategic
• Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure successful project deployment
• Ensure plant readiness regarding capabilities, resources, and timelines for all new project launches
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost, and quality optimization
• Act as a key interface with global engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective knowledge transfer
• Identify project implementation risks and define mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery
• Influence and engage stakeholders across the organization to foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

• Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) or industrialization projects in manufacturing environments
• Strong background in manufacturing or plant operations engineering
• Experience managing complex, end-to-end projects from planning through execution and launch
• Solid understanding of process engineering, production environments, and plant dynamics
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
• Knowledge of costing, financial impact, or project business cases
• Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams
