Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare machines according to cutting and layout plans
• Adjust measuring devices, such as multi-point measuring equipment
• Perform tool changes and ensure necessary materials are available
• Adjust machine parameters (e.g., cutting values, cutting width) based on tables and drawings
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational malfunctions and identify root causes

Requirements

• Initial professional experience as a milling machine operator or part fitter
• Knowledge of machine operation and setup technology
• Experience using measuring equipment and various tools
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Technical understanding for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Readiness to work in a three-shift system
