Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production plants and filling stations
• Monitor equipment to detect faulty operating states early and prevent disruptions
• Document operations in logs and shift journals
• Perform sampling for process and quality control
• Participate in the optimization of operational workflows and ensure cleanliness and order

Requirements

• Completed training as a chemical technician or in another technical/craft profession, or long-term professional experience in chemical production
• Experience handling hazardous substances
• Good written and spoken German language proficiency
• Strong awareness of occupational safety, plant safety, environmental protection, health protection, and product quality
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of team orientation and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift system and participate in further training
