Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure personnel safety and product quality while optimizing human, financial, and material resources.
• Guarantee the availability of labor, equipment, infrastructure, and materials to meet operational performance and new product launches.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant leadership team with a focus on results, processes, and problem-solving.
• Manage plant organization to achieve operational performance, budget, and production targets (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually).
• Meet objectives related to safety, quality, customer delivery, production volumes, manufacturing costs, and productivity.
• Promote a continuous improvement environment and implement the ZF Way strategy.
• Collaborate with senior management on long-term operational planning and resource requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations and related functions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong skills in organizational development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Solid understanding of business and financial management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.); Power Apps experience is a plus.
