Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for the Neuwied location and its approximately 80 employees
• Ensure smooth and economical operational processes across production, logistics, and administration
• Implement all technical, organizational, and commercial guidelines set by the management
• Drive site development through strategic planning and operational process optimization
• Maintain responsibility for compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards
• Directly lead and motivate teams, including making independent personnel decisions
• Represent the site to customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician, Engineer, or Business Administrator)
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of economic indicators and key performance metrics
• Proven ability to take responsibility and make decisive leadership actions
• Passion for leading teams and achieving collective goals
