Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations for the Burnfoot facility, overseeing a workforce of over 1,000 employees.
• Manage annual plant budgets and maintain full accountability for P&L performance.
• Provide direct leadership to production, engineering, quality, materials, finance, facilities, and EHS teams.
• Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Achieve and exceed key performance targets in quality, on-time delivery, cost, inventory, and throughput.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on safety, ownership, and teamwork.
• Oversee capacity planning and the execution of new product introductions to support customer growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in production management within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading large manufacturing facilities or major production operations.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing management, including inventory control, quality systems, and fulfillment metrics.
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain management and formal manufacturing systems such as MRP.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in complex, global environments.

• Experience managing diverse teams in a high-volume production setting.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in occasionally ambiguous, fast-paced global environments.
• Experience interacting professionally with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
