About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warping and knitting manufacturing operations
- Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap, downtime, and productivity
- Develop and mentor supervisors and production teams
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience managing warping and knitting operations
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, yarn preparation, and knitting technologies
- Proficiency with ERP and manufacturing systems
- Experience with ISO/IATF quality systems
- Experience leading large production teams in a multi-shift environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience in automotive textiles or technical textile manufacturing
