Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all manufacturing, production, maintenance, utilities, and EHS functions for the Keokuk facility.
• Drive a culture of operational discipline, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve throughput, asset reliability, yield, and cost performance.
• Lead major change management initiatives to transform work processes and organizational maturity.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, R&D, and Commercial teams to ensure reliable product flow.
• Build a strong leadership bench by recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing talent.
• Maintain and improve the site's safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or operations management.
• 15+ years of operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior production leader or site manager.
• Expertise in strategy development, cost management, and capital expenditure oversight.
• Proven experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and manage complex organizational structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or an Engineering degree.
• Experience in corn wet milling or complex continuous chemical/food process manufacturing.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range estimated between $185,000 - $280,000.
• Eligibility for short-term and long-term performance-based incentive compensation.
