Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic and tactical direction of the entire manufacturing facility, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Execute long-term strategic plans and translate corporate goals into functional KPIs for all departments.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Oversee daily production performance to ensure "On-Time In-Full" (OTIF) delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain full P&L ownership, including budget adherence, cost control, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning.
• Lead staffing strategy and provide coaching and development for a multi-disciplinary leadership team.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS standards and maintain a zero-harm safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business/Finance, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Operational Excellence/Lean processes and performance improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, or DMAIC).
• Strong financial modeling and budget management skills.
• Ability to create high-level operational status reports for Executive Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in high-volume plastic injection molding or consumer goods manufacturing.
