Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan for the Chirk plant
• Drive operational excellence by defining and delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals
• Lead the implementation of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) ways of working to build self-sufficient teams
• Manage site assets and oversee capital and revenue expenditure planning
• Ensure all manufacturing standards, governance, and compliance requirements are met and monitored
• Lead talent, capability, and engagement initiatives to attract and develop a sustainable workforce
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and build brand equity

Requirements

• Significant manufacturing leadership experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
• Proven expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma tools and concepts
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing costs and variance
• Demonstrated project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership capabilities in a team-based environment
• Experience interfacing with broader Supply Chain functions including Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service
