About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and promote a plant culture centered on safety, teamwork, and personal accountability.
- Manage central functions including manufacturing, HSE&S, quality control, plant logistics, and maintenance/engineering.
- Oversee expense and capital budgets for the facility.
- Develop and manage the site leadership team through coaching, guidance, and support.
- Partner with Process Technology, Supply Chain, and Procurement to incorporate new products and processes.
- Ensure the implementation of Lubrizol systems and procedures supporting HSE&S, operations, HR, and finance.
- Oversee talent management, employee development, and promote constructive employee relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience, including direct site management experience.
- Knowledge of batch and continuous chemical processing within Process Safety Management (PSM) regulated environments.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office software.
- Proven ability to lead manufacturing teams and work effectively within a matrix organization.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in Supply Chain management.
