Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site strategies to support company goals for a 400+ employee facility
• Lead and coach frontline leaders and staff to encourage engagement and collaboration
• Champion safety programs and enforce compliance to cultivate a zero-incident culture
• Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste
• Drive achievement of KPIs across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity metrics
• Partner with HR to maintain positive associate relations and a strong team culture
• Oversee daily operations, including production, resource planning, and equipment reliability

Requirements

• 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations (300+ employees)
• Strong knowledge of LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• BS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build accountability within diverse teams
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
