Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations for the Kotka site, overseeing a workforce of over 100 employees
• Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production aligned with business and customer requirements
• Own full site performance including production, quality, EH&S, and regulatory compliance
• Build and foster a strong culture of engagement, accountability, and performance
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and BRC Food Safety standards
• Lead organizational development, succession planning, and people strategy

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent higher-level education
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in industrial or process environments
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in demanding production environments
• Full professional fluency in both Finnish and English
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental management systems
