About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring strong performance across People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Build and develop a high-performing, engaged workforce, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Manage financial performance, including cost control, productivity improvements, and inventory optimization
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, environmental, health & safety (EHS) standards, and internal policies
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the site
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 / Upper Intermediate)
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a manufacturing setting
- Strong business and financial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food, ingredients, chemical, or similar process industries
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Experience leading change management and cultural transformation initiatives
- Experience leading operations in a complex, multi-functional manufacturing site
