Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct the coordination of all manufacturing departments to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage production, maintenance, and administration functions to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Promote plant safety through employee education, safety committees, and the creation of safety programs.
• Establish and improve productivity standards while preparing the annual manufacturing budget.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory agencies including FDA, OSHA, EPA, and USDA.
• Verify GMPs, HACCP programs, and AIB gold standards.
• Serve as the primary communication conduit between upper management and plant personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8 years of increasing responsibility in a high-speed food/beverage manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in a plant management or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven expertise in LEAN Manufacturing and process improvement.
• Experience operating within FDA, OSHA, EPA, and USDA regulatory frameworks.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work flexible hours to manage a 3-shift operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Functional oversight experience in engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and quality.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience managing teams within an international matrixed organization.
