About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, engineering, and maintenance.
- Manage plant budgeting, capital allocation, and overall P&L to meet financial targets.
- Lead the selection, development, and performance management of plant staff and management teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality through modern lean manufacturing systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability to achieve optimum safety, quality, and delivery results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressive manufacturing experience.
- Strong technical understanding of molding processes, tooling, materials, and equipment.
- Proven experience with lean manufacturing systems and quality assurance standards.
- Experience working within an OEM supplier environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a self-directed environment.

- Previous experience specifically within the plastics industry.
