Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, engineering, and maintenance.
• Manage plant budgeting, capital allocation, and overall P&L to meet financial targets.
• Lead the selection, development, and performance management of plant staff and management teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality through modern lean manufacturing systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability to achieve optimum safety, quality, and delivery results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical understanding of molding processes, tooling, materials, and equipment.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing systems and quality assurance standards.
• Experience working within an OEM supplier environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a self-directed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically within the plastics industry.
