Responsibilities

• Lead the operations for the East Region, including facilities in Flen, Nykvarn, and Linköping
• Manage four supervisors and an organization of approximately fifteen employees
• Take overall responsibility for regional economy, work environment, planning, and follow-up
• Ensure that permit-required facilities meet all environmental and regulatory requirements
• Drive regional development and report directly to management
• Balance administrative tasks like budgeting and reporting with active presence at the facilities

Requirements

• Experience leading operational activities involving people, finance, and quality
• Proven leadership skills with a business-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel between different facilities within the region
• Fluency in Swedish
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to undergo a background check
