Plant Manager - CNC Manufacturing Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including CNC machining, production scheduling, quality, maintenance, and shipping
• Drive execution of daily production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor capacity, labor allocation, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency
• Support achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets and control operational spending
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards and customer requirements
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput
• Promote safety, compliance, and manufacturing discipline across the facility

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong CNC machining and manufacturing operations background
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
• Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong CNC machining and engineering background
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments
• Experience with AS9100 standards and supporting quality audits
• Experience with Epicor ERP systems
• Background in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies
