About the role
Responsibilities
- Assume overall leadership of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Inventory, and People (SQCDIP) for the Highland Heights facility.
- Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean Manufacturing techniques, digital factory initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Quality to improve labor, material, and machine efficiency.
- Manage site P&L, annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment justifications.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions for quality and productivity.
- Oversee material requirements and purchasing to increase inventory turns and ensure on-time delivery.
- Foster a culture of safety, employee engagement, and professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with P&L responsibility and multi-site leadership in a multi-shift environment.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, AS9100, and IATF standards.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Experience leading organizations through significant change and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience in unionized site leadership.
- Experience in high-volume assembly operations.
