Plant Manager Air Separation Plants

Responsibilities

• Independently and economically manage assigned air separation plants.
• Ensure safe plant operations and assume operator responsibility in accordance with company models.
• Collaborate with the Remote Operations Center (ROC), Reliability, and Project Execution teams to increase process efficiency and production availability.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and manage investment and maintenance planning to ensure smooth technical operations.
• Oversee production organization while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental protection standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal business units.
• Manage internal and external audits, including inspections and revisions.

Requirements

• University degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in operating industrial plants.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally managing interdisciplinary or project teams.
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and utilize data to drive digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call service.
• Ability to make decisive, customer-oriented, and problem-solving decisions in a fast-paced environment.
