Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive management of the acetylene manufacturing and packaging plant, coordinating stock, transport, and operations teams to optimize the supply chain.
• Define and supervise technical and financial performance indicators, ensuring effective cost control and budget management.
• Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency by designing and implementing action plans to increase productivity and optimize costs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance plans and ensure compliance with Group procedures for the production and logistics of industrial and medicinal gases.
• Lead and develop talent within the center, defining roles, verifying qualifications, and fostering team growth.
• Guarantee operational excellence by ensuring the facility operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while maintaining environmental sustainability and quality standards.

Requirements

• Higher Engineering degree.
• Proven experience in industrial plant management within complex production environments.
• Experience working in the chemical or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• A proactive mindset with a clear orientation toward change and continuous improvement.
• A strong commitment to promoting safety and quality standards within the plant.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Management or Lean Management.
