Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing facility operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive Lean transformation initiatives and implement world-class manufacturing systems to optimize efficiency.
• Manage P&L, developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
• Oversee S&OP, Master Scheduling, and One-Piece Flow practices to reduce lead times and inventory.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and employee development.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high-performance teamwork.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external customers regarding supply and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 5 years in operations leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong balance of strategic and tactical thinking with exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Daily application and mastery of Lean tools and continuous improvement frameworks.
