Plant Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive maintenance on equipment and schedule repairs or upgrades
• Maximize plant uptime through effective maintenance scheduling
• Implement corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure safety and quality of work performed by maintenance and production personnel
• Provide technical service to improve glass container quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Strong background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair
• Experience using CMMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to oversee, schedule, and train personnel
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Ability to work at various heights in a 24/7 manufacturing facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a maintenance leadership position within a manufacturing environment
