Plant Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of equipment and facilities maintenance and projects
• Develop and lead implementation of a comprehensive preventive maintenance system
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory codes including OSHA and ISO documentation
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment using electrical and mechanical instruments
• Train personnel on maintenance procedures and manage vendor interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or technical certifications in a related field
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
