Plant IV Final Finish Setup Tech

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust Final Finish equipment, including TUO, Micro-poise, Balance Grinders, Conicity Grinders, SOL, Geometry, and Gantry controls.
• Detect and correct equipment issues using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic knowledge.
• Perform all necessary setups and adjustments following company standards to ensure high machine efficiency and quality production.
• Supervise the first tire runs following setups or adjustments to approve for production.
• React quickly to equipment downtime and notify supervision of extraordinary conditions.
• Ensure all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1 year of Continental Manufacturing experience or 2 years of mechanical experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Associate's Degree.
