Plant Information Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop databases containing information from various sources to meet the needs of the Operations Team
• Develop SharePoint sites to manage reporting across multiple locations
• Generate reports and analytics using proprietary and syndicated data sources
• Create Power BI reports to perform statistical analyses and identify trends in operating variables
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify areas of opportunity
• Transform statistical data from various formats (Excel, Access) into Power BI
• Provide reporting and analysis to management to support business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Ag Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
• Strong financial acumen, including in-depth financial analysis and understanding business impact
• Knowledge of database software and spreadsheet software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
• Experience establishing analytical roles within a sales organization
