Plant HRBP Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Leaders to develop an HR agenda that directly supports business strategy and organizational transformation.
• Drive strategic human resources programs including workforce planning, upskilling, succession planning, and talent management.
• Lead the People Development Pillar in the Unilever Management System (UMS) to support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) goals.
• Manage industrial and employee relations to ensure industrial peace and harmony with labor unions.
• Act as an escalation point for complex personnel issues and provide guidance on employee relations.
• Implement reward and recognition interventions to drive employee engagement and performance culture.
• Support site leadership during internal and external audits required by local authorities or Unilever.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an HRBP Manager specifically within a factory or manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with external parties and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of local employment laws, regulations, and people management legal requirements.
• Strong analytic and digital literacy skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills with the ability to manage difficult stakeholders.
