Plant Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant engineering functions to ensure maximum facility performance, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support for daily operations, plant improvements, process improvements, and equipment acquisition.
• Conduct performance tests and analyze operating data to develop operational plans and equipment recommendations.
• Assist with plant breakdown analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain plant operating records and provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
• Follow standard practices and procedures while working under direct supervision to complete routine tasks.
• Contribute ideas for work area improvements and ensure timely execution of assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Entry-level professional with typically less than 3 years of experience.
• Ability to work within defined parameters and follow standard operating procedures.
