About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise for the MEPRON production plant, focusing on maintenance, technical changes, and documentation.
- Ensure technical availability of the plant to meet production requirements while adhering to EHSQ standards.
- Plan, engineer, and execute capital projects for all AN production units at the Mobile site.
- Manage engineering and construction work for capital projects to ensure they are timely, cost-effective, and safe.
- Prepare essential process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications.
- Identify and recommend concepts for plant expansions and upgrades to reduce costs and increase operational availability.
- Collaborate with the Plant Leadership Team to address complex technical problems with sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Direct experience with capital projects, including equipment design, project engineering, and project management.
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance processes and troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, process technology, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with SAP software.
- Experience managing cost and schedule aspects of capital investments.
