Plant Director

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end plant performance including safety, quality, fulfillment, and cost
• Set and execute vision and strategy for on-time production fulfillment
• Lead and develop department leaders across production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, CI, and inventory
• Manage plant-level financial performance, cost management, and budget adherence
• Drive accountability to key operational KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards (SQF), and regulatory requirements
• Lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing operations, preferably in food production
• Proven experience leading leaders in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong track record of improving operational KPIs and plant performance
• Experience driving continuous improvement and change management
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and Excel
• Strong business acumen and cost management skills
