Plant Coordination Support

Responsibilities

• Provide document and administrative support, including file management for risk assessments, industrial hygiene reports, and investment logs.
• Assist in the digitalization and maintenance of coordination system databases.
• Support activity planning by collaborating on the scheduling of internal audits and periodic reviews.
• Coordinate logistics for staff training and informational sessions.
• Assist in monitoring and control tasks, such as recording PPE distribution and accompanying staff on safety inspections.
• Conduct research on legislative or technical regulations relevant to management systems.
• Perform basic data analysis regarding accident rates, OHS indicators, and project progress.
• Support initiatives aimed at promoting a preventive safety culture within the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Health & Safety.
• English negotiation level.
• General knowledge of Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention Law (Law 31/1995) and its implementing regulations.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
