About the role
Responsibilities
- Support monthly closing activities related to industrial accounting and plant performance
- Monitor inventory valuation, Work in Progress (WIP), and product costing
- Analyze manufacturing costs, production efficiency, labor productivity, and overhead absorption
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze monthly plant performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results
- Support Project Controllers and Operations teams with margin analysis and profitability monitoring
- Prepare monthly management reporting and ensure accurate reporting to local management
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Plant Controlling, or Audit (Big4)
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and industrial finance processes
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in engineer-to-order (ETO) and project manufacturing environments
- Experience working within multinational companies
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
