Plant Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage overall inventory and systems control
• Ensure strict compliance of internal finance controls, systems, and processes
• Oversee factory ERP implementation and control
• Report factory P&L to management
• Verify COGS production orders and perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
• Control inventory movement across the plant and monitor processes
• Perform standard cost vs. actual cost analysis on a monthly and yearly basis
• Coordinate with auditors for physical inventory verification and implement suggested measures
• Conduct cycle counting of inventory and correct differences
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Logistics departments for SAP documentation
• Control plant spend budgets and prepare annual operating plans
• Manage planning with the sourcing team to meet SNOP
• Handle audits and due diligence for inventory and production areas
