Plant Controller

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial leader for the Aibonito plant's end-to-end supply chain, overseeing financial compliance, reporting, and strategic decision support.
• Oversee all plant-level GAAP, SOX, and Baxter policy compliance to ensure the accuracy of the P&L and balance sheet.
• Lead financial reporting activities, including month-end close, weekly pulses, quarterly forecasts, and annual/long-range planning.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to maximize plant performance and support operational decision-making.
• Drive achievement of plant financial commitments across operating income, cash flow, and manufacturing variances.
• Partner with global finance and supply chain teams to standardize and transform financial processes.
• Build financial acumen across the organization through coaching and development of finance and non-finance team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change within a complex, global, matrixed organization.
• Proven capability to build business cases and leverage best practices to drive operational improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience with Lean concepts and continuous improvement tools.
