Plant and Terminal Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist with bunker operations for vessels at the Port
• Discharge fuel tankers into Oil Industry Terminal tanks
• Perform manual handling of up to 25kgs
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Maintain flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

Requirements

• Ability to manage time in a busy environment
• Demonstrated skill in following health and safety operating procedures
• Current and unrestricted New Zealand Driver’s License
• Ability to pass drug screening and MOJ process
• Must be a NZ Citizen or Resident
• Computer literacy
• Good verbal communication and record-keeping skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Oil, Gas, or Chemical Industry
• Forklift License
• Local residency for short-notice availability
