Plant Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage all hourly payroll functions, including weekly preparation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Serve as the local expert for the UKG Payroll System and maintain accurate rosters
• Support day-to-day HR activities, including hiring support, New Employee Orientation, and I-9 completion
• Assist employees with annual Open Enrollment and verify attendance records
• Perform union administrative tasks as required
• Manage plant inventory and accounting needs, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Lead monthly cycle counts, annual tagged counts, and track production and sales units
• Coordinate with the corporate supply chain regarding raw material purchasing

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and/or administration
• Experience with UKG or similar payroll systems
• High level of integrity, trust, and ethical standards
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for operations and inventory control

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle systems
